Everyone in the pictured Detailed Emergency Planning Zone, the pre-defined area closest to the power station which does not contain any homes, is advised to go inside, shut all doors and windows, take pre-issued stable iodine tablets as directed in accompanying leaflets and tune into local media for more information.

If you're outside of this area, there is nothing you need to do at this time.
