Iodine tablets are NOT a general radiation cure.
Taking them unnecessarily can harm your thyroid, cause allergic reactions, or disrupt your hormones.
You should only take them if officially advised during a nuclear EMERGENCY. Protecting your health means knowing the right time, not just any time.

Too hot and stuffy out there again today. Hayfever is awful. What happened to clean air, eh? it wasn't like this in the 1970s
